Codespoti & Associates, P.C. is a multi-disciplinary design and planning organization offering a wide range of land evaluation and land development services. Codespoti & Associates was founded as a Land Surveying Firm in 1971 by Joseph R. Codespoti. In time other services were offered to care for the needs of a growing clientele of institutions, developers, attorneys, architects and individuals.

Issues related to land use and development have become very complex as years have passed in Southern Connecticut and Eastern New York. Environmental concerns, zoning regulations and the intricate local, state and federal agency permit processes have had a very direct impact on land values.
